​iCARP CIC was formed after eight years of research by Dr Mark Wheeler and Dr Nick Cooper from the University of Essex. Their research has proven that the events they run, taking traumatised participants fishing, can ease their symptoms and put them on the path to recovery. As a non-profit organisation iCARP are extremely grateful for all and any financial support that they receive. However big or small all contributions go towards the running costs of further trips and help save lives. iCARP doing it right!
